Sports

❖ We provide a sports curriculum that covers a wide range of sports activities which are designed to introduce students to a variety of physical activities, promote physical fitness and teach important life skills such as teamwork, leadership and discipline.

❖ We offer Cricket, Kho-Kho, Football, Volleyball, Throwball, Badminton, Carrom, Handball, Chess, Table Tennis and Tennikoit, Athletic events like Long Jump, Shot Put, Discuss Throw, Javelin Throw and High Jump from Grade 6 to 12.

❖ We offer Free hand exercise, Jumping exercise, Be-Fit exercise, Mass Drill, Tunnel Ball Relay, Ball Picking Race, Obstacle Race for KG to Grade 5 students.

❖ Mass P.T is conducted once in a week in our prayer assembly to improve students’ resilience and coping skills.

❖ Our school has an extraordinary football turf that provides a safe and consistent playing surface for the students.

HEALTH & WELL BEING:

❖ Regular measurement of students' Body Mass Index is done throughout the year to help track whether students are growing at a healthy rate.

❖ Regular Eye-check ups and dental check ups are done twice the academic year.

❖ Students are strictly allowed to bring only health snacks. A healthy snack chart is being criculated among students and we encourage students to bring only healthu/home made snacks to promote healthly lifestyle.
